New Xbox Experience

I downloaded the New Xbox Experience (NXE) last night, and yes, I created an avatar. I was very skeptical of the whole avatar thing because it reminded me too much of the Wii. I was pleasantly surprised though. It’s scary how similar some people’s avatars actually look like them! Check out the xbox360 page to see what I’m talking about

Mirror’s Edge

Just picked this up. If you haven’t heard of it, watch the video below. Mirror’s Edge has elements of Portal, and reminiscent of Run Lola Run. I especially appreciate the puzzle-like game play, which is really unique and different (hence the Portal reference). This game is interesting, clean (no H.U.D.), and has a very obvious style. I definitely recommend this one!
